the story behind my 1959 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint race car

The Bodywork (by Jim Hayes)

The body is put on a rotisserie and turned upside down to allow inspection and repair of any questionable part or section of the structure.
The area around the front suspension was reinforced and seam-welded.

Some of the body structure was opened up, inspected, repaired where necessary and sheet metal replaced.

The entire front bulkhead was reinforced and seam welded.
